In term of the principle that who sell it will be responsible for Three-guarantee, please contact dealers with valid invoice and Three-guarantee Warrant for quality problem (the quality problem should be in accordance with Microcomputer Performance Malfunction Form). Dealers will take charge of service for customer with our support.
2. We promise: available return, replacing or repair within a week since be sold (the date should be in accordance with invoice date); available replacing or repair from the eighth day to fifteenth day; available free repair in one year since be sold. Available replacing or repair with repair record for abnormal running after two times of repair by our repair center. Please keep your invoice carefully and fill in Three-guarantee Warrant with dealer when you buy the product.
3. No Three-guarantee service be provided in the following situation:
1. Brought by man-made damage, unregulated running, piratical software, or virus infection.
2. Damaged by wrong using, maintenance and keeping with breach of Product Introduction.
3. No effective Three-guarantee Warrant or invoice (unless identification for guarantee period)
4. Tear up or alter Three-guarantee Warrant (including incomplete guarantee label).
5. Provided model or number is not accordance with actual product.
6. NO factory name, factory address, producing date or export certificate in Three-guarantee Warrant.
7. Damaged by force majeure or other reasons except for design, technique, manufacturing or quality.
4. Invalid for warrant copy.
5. Warrant is invalid if altered, and no reissue if lost. Please keep it carefully.
